| US Army Sergeants Major Academy Support |
| The US Army Sergeants Major Academy (USASMA) Provide technical support to the US Army Sergeants Major Academy by developing high quality training material, guides, and courses for the Noncommissioned Officer Education System (NCOES) and NCO functional courses. Courses include to name a few, the Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course (BNCOC), Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course (ANCOC), First Sergeant Course Using current doctrine, develop appropriate educational methodologies to effectively prepare NCOs for positions of increasing responsibility in future assignments. | The TRADOC Capability Manager (Lower Tier) Mission Provide developmental coordination while supporting the Air Defense Artillery in refining the roles of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, and Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF). | The Opposing Force (OPFOR) The OPFOR provides combatants and non combatants that are essential when training and preparing Soldiers for combat operations. The OPFOR serves as civilian role players, as well as a thinking tactical enemy. The majority of the OPFOR team have prior service experiences, and bring additional skills in tactical military operations. | The Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) Mission The SRP team is comprised on 22 administrative experts. They provide administrative support to the Fort Bliss Garrison and Mobilization Brigade (24/7 as required). They ensure their mission of providing a smooth and rapid mobilization, demobilization, or redeployment runs without any disruption to the individual Soldiers, units, or civilians. The SRP records and maintains the administrative data of thousands of Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, different Military Components and Civilian records on a monthly basis. The Edge team has been responsible for hundreds of thousands of accurate transactions since their inception in 2003. Their reputation speaks for itself .
